Autonomous field operations, priced per stremma

REFARM is building an owned, multi-vendor robot fleet to run field operations for Mediterranean growers. No equipment to buy, no fleet to maintain.

Olive grove rows Field rows

the problem

Mediterranean farms are fragmented, and labor is running out

Small, scattered parcels make automation uneconomical for any single grower to buy. Seasonal labor is harder to find every year, and chemical inputs face mounting regulatory and market pressure. The equipment that could solve this costs more than most operations can justify owning.

the model

Pay for the pass, not the machine

REFARM operates the fleet and sells the outcome: a weeded row, a completed UV-C pass, a scouted parcel, priced per stremma. Growers get precision automation without capital risk. REFARM orchestrates vendor-agnostic robots through its own software framework across every contracted field.

operations covered

What the fleet does

01

Weeding

Computer-vision-guided mechanical weeding between and within rows, reducing herbicide dependency.

02

UV-C crop protection

Non-chemical fungal suppression passes timed to disease pressure windows.

03

Scouting

Regular autonomous passes feeding parcel-level health data back into the REFARM platform.

underneath it all

Orchestrated by the REFARM platform

Every operation is planned, dispatched and reported through the same software framework that runs REFARM's EU project deliveries. Vendor-agnostic, built for per-parcel precision.
